This week I am test driving the bright blue version 2016 Toyota RAV4. It has been around since the beginning of the SUV trend. For 2016, it gets a slight refresh inside and out. My RAV4 was the XLE model, which is nicely equipped for a mid-level trim.

The 2016 Toyota RAV4 has a sport look, which goes nice with the rest of the Toyota’s style.

Overall, the RAV4 is spacious for a compact SUV and even the 60/40 split rear seats are comfortable, with backs that slightly recline.

The 2016 Toyota’s interior is simple gray fabric sets. The dash board and door panels are black. There are a few other touches like cup holders in the console and a cellphone bin that make the time you spend in a vehicle more livable.
